CPD 424: You want to teach what from where?!

An adjunct professor is contracted to teach an undergraduate class to students at a remote location close to his place of employment. At the last minute, it is decided to simultaneously offer the class to students on campus 65 miles away via distance technology (on a budget). We will chronicle the trials and tribulations of supporting a technology challenged instructor from a distance and the various delivery platforms attempted. We will be focusing on the decisions to use certain platforms including their strengths, weaknesses, student experience, and dependability. We will conclude with a discussion of the eventual winning solution and how the number of requests like this is increasing.
